The Challenges

Telkomsel, Indonesia's largest cellular provider, sought to enhance its loyalty program by enabling customers to easily access and redeem merchant discounts using Telkomsel Poin. The challenge was to develop an Android app that could provide real-time discount information, display participating merchants, and facilitate a seamless user experience for locating and redeeming offers.

The Solutions

Telkomsel partnered with Emveep to develop the Disconholic mobile app. Emveep’s role included creating features to search for merchants accepting TCash, display merchant locations on a map, and provide navigation to selected merchants. Additional resources were allocated to ensure Telkomsel’s technical requirements were met, enabling the smooth execution of the loyalty program.

The Implementation

Emveep developed an intuitive Android app with key functionalities like merchant search, map-based merchant displays, and GPS-enabled navigation for users to reach their desired locations. The development team ensured the app integrated seamlessly with Telkomsel's loyalty system, leveraging user Telkomsel Poin for discounts. Rigorous testing was conducted to ensure a flawless user experience.

The Result

The Disconholic app successfully enhanced Telkomsel’s loyalty program by making it easier for customers to discover and redeem discounts. Users could seamlessly search for participating merchants, view their locations on a map, and navigate directly to them. The app strengthened Telkomsel's relationship with its customers and added value to its loyalty program.
